Deconstruction Daze....

Ok, so Cole and I spent the better part of the past two days in the Bus, gutting it in preparation for things to come.
We first removed the seats, which was a fairly involved process. (Actually, everything we did this weekend seemed to be a fairly involved affair:)
Then we hit the overhead bins. Lots and lots of different little pieces.
Following that were the ceiling panels and fiberglass (aggghhh itchyyyy!!) insulation.
I also removed the bathroom.
I'll tell you, these beasts are put together to stay together! Thousands of screws and bolts. Lots of aluminium extrusions, steel panels, fluorescent tubes and ballasts, and decades old gum... Yum!:)

Still removing seats..

Bins on their way out..

Bins...Gone!

Insulation gone..

Bathroom gone..

This is what happens when a bus gets an upset stomach...
